「枢·融」义乌“国际开放枢纽区”统合规划设计国际竞赛自2024年9月16日发布正式公告起，至10月15日12:00报名截止，组委会官网共收到了70次以上注册报名。最终提交概念提案及报名文件的报名单位由52家单位组成，共计19组，有效报名团队数量为19组。其中：联合体报名单位数量为18组;独立法人报名单位数量为1组。据统计，报名单位主要以联合体报名为主，来自中国、德国、美国、新加坡、英国、法国等多个国家。
From the official announcement of 「Hub·Harmony」International Competition Integrated Planning and Design of Yiwu “International Open Hub Area” on September 16, 2024, to the registration deadline 12:00 on October 15, more than 70 registrations were received on the organizing committee's website. A total of 19 applicant units submitted concept proposals and registration documents, of which 19 applicant units are valid. There are 18 applicant units from consortiums; and 1 applicant unit from independent legal entities. According to statistics, the applicant units were mainly consortiums from China, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, Australia, Japan, Singapore, France, the United Kingdom, Sweden and other countries.
2024年10月17日，「枢·融」义乌“国际开放枢纽区”统合规划设计国际竞赛预审会在义乌银都酒店会议中心召开，经过4个小时的仔细审阅、讨论及慎重评选，4组报名单位脱颖而出，入围第二轮正式方案编制阶段。
On October 17, 2024, the pre-qualification review meeting of the 「Hub·Harmony」International Competition Integrated Planning and Design of Yiwu “International Open Hub Area” was held at the Conference Center of Yiwu Yindu Hotel. After 4 hours of careful review, discussion, and deliberate selection, 4 applicant units were selected and shortlisted for the second round of the formal proposal preparation stage.

本次竞赛的预审评委组由5位规划、建筑领域的专家及主办单位代表组成，分别是吕斌先生、沈国强先生、陆钟骁先生、俞斯佳先生、桂晓峰先生。

The Pre-judging Panel
预审过程中，评委们遵循预审评审规则，充分审阅所有报名材料，并进行多轮审慎投票和打分;第一轮概念提案评审采用暗标形式，第二轮概念提案及报名文件评审采用明标形式，在公证处的全程监督下，唱票员、统分员对评委的投票和评分结果进行如实记录和仔细统计。
During the pre-qualification review, the judges followed the pre-qualification review rules, fully reviewed all application materials, and conducted several rounds of voting and scoring prudently; blind bid and open bid was adopted in the review of conceptual proposals, and under the on-site supervision, the tellers and scorers truthfully checked the judges' voting and scoring results.

「枢·融」义乌“国际开放枢纽区”统合规划设计国际竞赛第一阶段正式结束，第二阶段即将开启。现场踏勘答疑会将于2024年10月25日在义乌举行，请各入围单位准时出席。
The first phase of the「Hub·Harmony」International Competition Integrated Planning and Design of Yiwu “International Open Hub Area” has officially ended and the second phase will be opened soon. The site visit will be held in Yiwu on October 25, 2024, and all shortlisted units are invited to attend the site visit.
现场踏勘答疑会的具体内容及入围单位后续竞赛工作安排将通过邮件进行通知，请注意查收。

竞赛最终纸质成果及电子成果提交截止时间为2025年01月08日(暂定)，并通过抽签确定汇报顺序。2025年01月10日(暂定)将举行竞赛最终成果评审会。
The deadline for submission of the final paper and electronic results is January 8, 2025 (tentative), and the order of presentation will be determined by lottery. The Competition program evaluation meeting will be held on January 10, 2024 (tentative).
